These large paintings have been completed since the fall of 2006.
All are mixed media and have considerable surface manipulation.

I like the feel of paper as I draw.
My intent is to create depth and enigma, applying a variety of materials including:
ink, graphite, tar, pastel and texture paste, in a bold lyrical style.
Occasionally, I edit older pieces; tearing them up into more defined images,
or working over them.
Lines and layers.

This is a new series of images relating to my interest in hardscape life - lines, and movement.
I use digital images, prints, hands on enhanced and mixed media applications.
My intent is to enlarge and develop them.

This collection of painting goes back several years .
Many were completed in the 90's in my Santa Monica, CA studio.

This sculpture was recently completed for a landscape
in Mystic, CT.
It relates to my interest in landscape and art.
